Annie McAdams, as lead counsel, filed the first case against Facebook Inc. alleging the social media company has knowingly benefitted from facilitating human trafficking.

Annie McAdams, as lead counsel, filed this ground breaking lawsuit filed on behalf of Jane Doe #1. This case is the first comprehensive sex trafficking lawsuit filed in the United States against Backpage, the hotel industry and trucking industry.

Annie McAdams represents over 280 homeowners in a case against The Woodlands Development Company and Howard Hughes Corporation for repeated and devastating flooding resulting in significant harms and losses to the Timarron and Timarron Lakes communities.


Cause No. 2012-46264; KENNETH PEREZ et al. vs. CASIMIRO CAMPOS; In The 151st District Court of Harris County, Texas

73.2 Million – Judgment.  Casimiro Campos, who had been convicted of multiple DUI’s over the last 20 years, was driving drunk at the time he caused a crash which ultimately lead to the death of his 46-year-old passenger, Amelia Perez. Amelia left behind three children who were represented by Annie McAdams.


MARK WAYNE HENDRICKSON vs. VICTOR MANUEL RAMIREZ and MODERN METHOD GUNITE, INC.; In the 80th District Court of Harris County, Texas

Confidential Settlement. Annie McAdams represented Mr. Hendrickson against Victor Manuel Ramirez and the company he worked for Modern Method Gunite.  Mr. Hendrickson suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of a motorcycle vs concrete truck collision. The Defendants alleged braking system malfunction. The case was resolved for a significant confidential amount under one year for the date of the collision.


CAUSE NO. 2011CV2485; VERNON WHEELS et al. vs. INTELLIGENT WORK CONSULTING, INC., D/B/A STAMPEDE MESQUITE GRILL & DANCE EMPORIUM, AND WILD, WILD WEST, L.P., D/B/A STAMPEDE MESQUITE GRILL & DANCE EMPORIUM; In the 18th Judicial District Court of Arapahoe County, Colorado

Confidential Settlement. Annie McAdams represented Mr. Wheels for the death of his daughter against a drunk driver, his company and the drinking establishments that significantly overserved the drunk driver.  After a significant and contentious litigation the case resolved to the client’s satisfaction for a confidential settlement amount.
